Gamal Mosaad

Gamal Mosaad is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various food services. Currently serving as Chief and Chef at Palma Beach Resort and Spa since January 2014, Gamal has also held positions such as Pizza Chef at Resta Hotels & Resorts from September 2014 to December 2016 and Eastern Pastry Chef at فندق الباتروس from November 2014 to September 2018. Additionally, Gamal worked as a Pastry Chef from September 2015 to October 2016 in مصر. Educational achievements include studies in Tourism and Hotels, as well as a degree from the Marine Institute specializing in maritime technology from 2008 to 2013.
