David L. Spencer

David L. Spencer is currently the Director of Security & Workplace Violence at Palmdale Regional Medical Center. Prior to this role, David L. was the Owner and Manager of Protective Services Training Academy, providing various levels of training in security and law enforcement. With previous experience as a Program Manager, Investigator, and Law Enforcement Instructor at NASA, Office of Inspector General, David L. is well-versed in managing protective services operations and ensuring compliance. As the Senior Operations Manager at Aero Port Services, David L. oversaw a large staff at LAX Airport. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Cal State Long Beach.
