Lilly Fernandez

Lilly Fernandez has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources, spanning over multiple roles and organizations. Lilly is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Palmdale Regional Medical Center since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Human Capital Partner at Riverside Medical Group part of Optum from May 2020 to September 2021.

Before that, Lilly held the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey from June 2018 to April 2020. Lilly also served as the Director of Human Resources at Catalina Island Medical Center from November 2016 to June 2018.

Lilly's previous experience includes the role of Regional Director of Human Resources at Adventist Health Physicians Network from April 2014 to November 2016, and Human Resources at Mission Community Hospital from May 2012 to April 2014.

Lilly also served as the Director of Human Resources at New Vista Health Services from August 2010 to January 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Advanced Hospital Management from March 2005 to July 2010 and as an Assistant Administrator/HR Director at Palo Verde Hospital from October 2005 to January 2010.
