Jiofak Signi

Jiofak Signi is a Psychiatric Registered Nurse currently providing psychiatric nursing care to adolescents at Desert Willow Treatment Center since February 2023. Additionally, Jiofak works as a Home Health Registered Nurse at Palmeira Home + Health, delivering comprehensive nursing services including assessments, medication reconciliation, and various forms of care. Formerly, Jiofak served as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, where coordination and implementation of patient care plans were key responsibilities.
