Andy Wedderburn-Maxwell

Andy Wedderburn-Maxwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andy is currently the Managing Director at Palmer Square Capital Management LLC since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director, FIG Equity Capital Markets at Wells Fargo from August 2021 to July 2023. From July 2018 to August 2021, they worked as the Director - Real Estate, Industrials & Healthcare at MUFG Securities. Andy also served as the Executive Director at Rabobank from September 2017 to June 2018. Before that, they worked as a Director at Hawkeye Capital Markets, Beech Hill Securities from October 2016 to September 2017. Andy has also gained valuable experience at Citigroup as a Director in Equity Capital Markets/Investment Banking from May 2011 to July 2016, at UBS Investment Bank as an Associate Director from September 2009 to April 2011, and at Lehman Brothers as an Associate in Investment Banking from August 2007 to November 2008. Andy began their career as a Sales & Marketing Manager at delta tre media from 2003 to 2005, and as a Product Manager - Sport at HomeChoice from 2001 to 2003.

Andy Wedderburn-Maxwell earned an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, completing the degree between 2005 and 2007.
