Dante Figueroa

Dante Figueroa is a Technical Analyst II at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital, providing customer support for computer systems and managing technical inquiries since December 2021. With significant experience in IT support, Dante previously worked as a Field Tech Associate at NTT DATA, where responsibilities included maintaining and troubleshooting personal computers and software. Additional roles included serving as an IT Technician at Gen Foods Inc. and Oasis Brands Inc., focusing on technical problem resolution and system maintenance. Outside of IT, Dante contributes as an Assistant Coach for middle and high school cross country and track and field teams at Palmer Trinity School, helping design training programs for over thirty athletes. Dante holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Florida International University and an Associate of Science from Miami Dade College.
