Dillon Snider MBA, CEC has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Dillon started their career in 2008 as the Executive Chef at Shine Restaurant & Bar, where they were responsible for hiring, training, operations, budgeting, cost control, P&L management, discipline, scheduling, and catering. After two years, they transitioned to a Chef Instructor role at the Art Institute of Charleston in 2010. In 2012, Dillon became the Culinary Department Chair at The Art Institute of Charleston, a position they held until 2018. During this time, they also started their own personal chef service called Season Charleston Personal Chef Service in 2007, where they served as the Owner until 2018. Most recently, Dillon worked at Palmetto Goodwill, first as a Senior Project Manager from 2018 to 2023, and then as the Director of Contract Operations starting in February 2023.

Dillon Snider MBA, CEC pursued their higher education chronologically starting from Johnson & Wales University. From 2002 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in Business/Culinary Arts. Moving forward, they attended The Citadel from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
