Juan Barragan is a seasoned food and beverage professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at OTO Development since January 2018, Juan previously held various leadership roles including Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Shangri-La and Director of Food and Beverage at Four Points by Sheraton. With a notable tenure as Food and Beverage Director at Embassy Suites, Juan has a proven track record in supervising daily operations across multiple dining venues, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing training programs. Early career experiences include roles as Restaurant Manager at Renaissance Hotels and Server Trainer at COZYMELS, where Juan developed and executed training initiatives.
