Michael Bratsafolis

Michael is Palmetto's SVP, Business Operations, orchestrating the company's strategic planning and operating rhythm, as well as overseeing large cross-functional company wide initiatives. Prior to joining Palmetto, Michael spent almost 8 years in Operations at Twilio, helping guide the company through its IPO and continued growth trajectory, leading various scaling initiatives. Michael started his career in banking and policy, and holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins.
