Emeka NWAJUO

Emeka NWAJUO is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Executive at PalmPay since June 2021, Emeka specializes in resolving transaction disputes and liaising with banks for the recovery of erroneous money transfers. Previously, Emeka worked as a Real Estate Salesperson at Oxford Group Nigeria from April 2020 to May 2021, where responsibilities included telemarketing and client communication. Prior experience includes positions at Guaranty Trust as a Customer Representative Officer and Front Desk & Vault Document Officer from January 2014 to November 2019, and as a Desk Receptionist at Rita Lori Hotels from January 2008 to January 2012. Emeka holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Benin and an OND in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology.
