Monica Briant, CAM, is an experienced property management professional with over 15 years in the industry. Currently serving as Property Manager at Palms Associates, LLC since August 2022, Monica has held key roles at various companies, including Community Manager at LMC, A Lennar Company, where management of a 459-unit high-rise apartment community in Uptown Charlotte was a highlight. Previous positions include Community Director at RangeWater Real Estate, Senior Property Manager at Wood Partners, and Property Manager at RAM Partners, LLC, where Monica oversaw a significant onsite renovation of over 300 units.
