Marcia Perrotti has extensive experience in education and project management, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Palmyra Area School District since August 2016. Prior to this role, Marcia held the position of President at Central PA ATD from 2013 to 2017. Marcia's notable career at The Hershey Company spanned from 1976 to September 2015, where responsibilities included Training & Development Project Manager, overseeing training project management for system implementations, and Client Support Lead, managing a team supporting over 1000 PCs. Marcia began the career in the Traffic Department and progressed through various positions across multiple departments. Additionally, Marcia volunteered with Junior Achievement USA from August 1995 to June 2015, delivering educational programs to students. Marcia holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Penn State University, as well as art education from York Academy of Arts and a high school diploma from Lebanon High School.

The Palmyra Area School District is a K-12 public school system encompassing approximately 40 square miles in southwest Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The District is comprised of six (6) schools serving the residents of Palmyra Borough, North Londonderry Township, South Londonderry Township, Campbelltown, Lawn, and Mount Gretna.
