Tom Woo

Tom Woo is a seasoned professional in people operations and organizational development, currently serving as the VP of Global People at Palo Alto Networks. Previously, Tom held the role of Director of People Operations at Wealthfront Inc. and contributed significantly to Google in various capacities, including Head of Fairness and Equity and Senior Manager for Strategy, Planning & Analysis. Tom began their career as a Consultant at Sibson Consulting. An alumnus of Pomona College, Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics between 2000 and 2004.
