Vikas Khanna

Vikas Khanna is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in data architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Architect at Palo Alto Networks since January 2023, Vikas drives initiatives in data collection and processing at a Petabyte scale, focusing on designing data platform microservices for AI applications. Prior to this role, Vikas was a Data Architect at Pinterest, where contributions included optimizing data solutions and enhancing data governance. As Principal Data Platform Architect at Adobe, Vikas oversaw the foundational architecture for the Customer Data Platform and played a key role in standardizing customer experience data. Vikas also held the position of Sr. Principal Architect at Yahoo, focusing on data integration architecture and innovative solutions within the Big Data ecosystem. Early career experience includes a role as a Database Technologist at Amazon, where Vikas contributed to database design and system optimization.
