Troy Trenchard has extensive experience in executive roles within the technology industry. Troy began their career at Cisco in 1994, where they served as Director of Marketing and Product Management for various portfolios. At Cisco, they led product and market strategy and played a crucial role in growing the remote office routing and integrated services portfolio. Troy then moved on to Citrix in 2006, where they served as Group VP & General Manager, leading a $140M business unit and achieving market leadership in multiple product categories. During their tenure at Citrix, they also acquired and integrated multiple companies and negotiated joint-development agreements with Microsoft.

At Sonatus, they led product strategy, management, marketing, and communications for an automotive software startup, establishing thought leadership, garnering media coverage, and launching solutions in Hyundai vehicles.

Currently, Troy is employed at Palo Alto Strategy Group as a Technology Executive. In their role, they assist Private Equity/Venture Capital firms in making optimal investments through technology diligence, analyzing and benchmarking various aspects of technology such as systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, software development, talent, and organizational alignment.
