Amin T.

Amin T. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amin started their career at KPN ADSL as an Agent in 2001 before moving to KPN as a Sales Agent in 2003. Amin then joined Michael Bailey Associates in 2007 as a Resourcer and later became a Recruitment Specialist, responsible for the entire technical recruitment life cycle. In 2013, they joined Telstra International Ltd as a Team Lead and senior Recruitment Consultant. Amin's international experience expanded when they joined Ooredoo Myanmar in 2014 as a Recruiting Manager. Amin then worked at Randstad Hong Kong as a Senior Consultant in Information Technology & Telecommunications from 2014 to 2016. Amin's most recent position was at PALO IT, where they held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager, People and Culture Manager, and is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture.

Amin T. completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they studied Wholesale Business at Koning Willem 1 College, completing an MBO degree.
