Kirstin Boyd

Kirstin Boyd, PHRca, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kirstin currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Palomar Health, a role they started in January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Operations Manager at Palomar Health from January 2023 to January 2024. Before joining Palomar Health, Kirstin was an HR Business Partner at the same company from October 2021 to January 2023.

Prior to their tenure at Palomar Health, Kirstin worked as a Human Resources Manager at Construction Testing & Engineering, Inc. from December 2019 to October 2021.

Earlier in their career, Kirstin gained experience in the financial industry at TD. Kirstin served as a Wealth Advisor from 2018 to 2019, a Human Resources Relationship Manager from 2013 to 2018, a Senior Sales Manager at TD Asset Management from 2011 to 2013, a Branch Manager from 2009 to 2011, a Business Development Manager in Direct Investing from 2006 to 2009, and a Financial Advisor from 2005 to 2006.

Kirstin Boyd, PHRca, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology/Political Science from The University of British Columbia. Kirstin also has a background in Business from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Kirstin further specialized in Human Resources Management at Simon Fraser University and obtained their PHRca certification from the HR Certification Institute. Additionally, they have completed various courses related to finance and estate planning through the Canadian Securities Institute and FINRA.
