Kyle Collins

Kyle Collins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions in the insurance industry. Kyle is the Vice President of Compliance at Palomar since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) from 2019 to 2023, serving as the AVP, Head of North America Legal Operations and Director of Government & Regulatory Affairs. Kyle also held the role of Specialist in Government & Regulatory Affairs at AGCS from 2019 to 2020. Before joining AGCS, Kyle worked at Esurance from 2005 to 2019, with roles including Sr. Manager of Compliance Operations, Manager of Compliance Technology, Sr. Analyst of Compliance, and Assistant Manager of Sales. Kyle started their career at Progressive Insurance as a Claims Adjuster from 2002 to 2005. Overall, Kyle has gained extensive experience in compliance, legal operations, government and regulatory affairs, and sales throughout their career in the insurance industry.

Kyle Collins has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Kyle also holds certifications in Property and Casualty Insurance from the California Department of Insurance, and certifications in Compliance & Ethics from the Compliance Certification Board and Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society.
