Ryan Chantelois

Ryan Chantelois has extensive work experience in Quality Assurance and Technical Support roles. Ryan worked at Palomar as a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst and previously as a QA Analyst. At Allianz, they served as the primary quality assurance analyst, working on various agile and waterfall project teams. Ryan was responsible for tasks such as writing test plans and strategies, executing functional and regression test cases, and creating automation suites. Prior to that, Ryan worked at StreetSmart, a division of ClickSoftware, as a Technical Support Engineer. Ryan was involved in defining field service engagement and optimizing service interactions. Ryan also gained experience as a Computer Systems Specialist at the United States Postal Service, troubleshooting user issues and providing timely resolutions.

Ryan Chantelois holds an Associate's Degree in Associate Applied Science with a focus on Network Management from Minneapolis Business College. Ryan also obtained a Scrum Master Certification from Agile Scrum Alliance™ in April 2019.
