Jason Katz

Jason Katz has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Jason co-founded MJ Capital Inc. in 1988 and held the position of Co-founder until April 1993. Jason then joined Roxann Management Corp. in 1993 as an SVP and worked there until 1998. In June 1998, Jason became the CEO of Paltalk, where they remained for almost two decades until October 2016. After leaving the position of CEO, they became both the Chairman and CEO of Paltalk, Inc. (Nasdaq: PALT) in October 2016.

Jason Katz attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Following this, from 1985 to 1988, they attended the New York University School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on Corporate law.
