Rebecca Monroe

Rebecca Monroe (Rossi) currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Palvella Therapeutics since November 2024. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various senior positions in clinical trial management at Eisai US and Oyster Point Pharma, Inc., as well as previously working as a Clinical Trial Manager at Kyowa Hakko Kirin Pharma, Inc. and a Clinical Project Manager at Insmed Incorporated. Rebecca's career in clinical research began at Medarex, Inc., where responsibilities included monitoring clinical studies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick, obtained in 2006.
