Judie Hoffman

Judie Hoffman has a strong background in human resources with over 20 years of experience. Judie is currently a Corporate Director of Compensation at PAM Health since 2023. Before that, they worked at Post Acute Medical as a Regional HR Director from 2018 to 2023. In this role, they provided senior-level HR services to multiple hospitals across several states. Prior to that, Judie served as the Director of Human Resources at D&S Community Services from 2016 to 2018, where they led the HR function for 4000 employees across three states and provided advice on recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and organizational design. Judie also worked at Quest Diagnostics Incorporated from 1997 to 2016, serving as the Regional Director of HR Business Partner and the HR Director of the Texas Gulf Coast Business Unit. At Quest Diagnostics, they led the HR function for a large region and was responsible for recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance issues. Judie also has prior experience as an HR Manager at SmithKline (Quest Diagnostics) from 1999 to 2001.

Judie Hoffman holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration, which they obtained from California State University, Long Beach between 1992 and 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Occupational Special Education at the same institution between 1992 and 1994. In addition to their degrees, Judie has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including SPHR-SCP from SHRM in 2015, PCI Change Practitioner from Changefirst in 2015, and Strategic HR Business Partner from the Human Resource Institute in 2013. Judie also holds certifications in various areas such as Six Sigma Green Belt, Facilitator Certification, and Leadership Architect, among others.
