Kathleen Brown, DNP, MSHA, BSN has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. From 2014 to the present, they have been working at Post Acute Medical as the Executive Vice President and Chief Quality Officer. In this role, they oversee the clinical services delivery, staff development, documentation, program evaluation, planning and development, performance and process improvement for the PAM system. Kathleen also ensures that the hospitals improve the patient experience through improved quality and reduced cost. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2014, Kathleen worked at Carlisle Regional Medical Center as the Director Resource Management. In this position, they had operational oversight and evaluation of the Case Management program. Kathleen also collaborated with the health care team and ensured coordination of patient care through the development and use of standards of patient care and nursing practices. Additionally, from 2010 to 2017, they served as an Adjunct Professor at Carlow University.

Kathleen Brown obtained their Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chatham University, completing their studies between 2007 and 2008.
