Michelle Hendrickson, PHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR operations, training and development, and HRIS management. Michelle has held various managerial roles, including Human Resources Training Development Manager at Job Corps, where they managed HR and recruiting for a Department of Labor funded Federal Contractor. Michelle was responsible for onboarding, compliance training, and audit preparation. Michelle also served as the EEO Officer and conducted fact-finding investigations when necessary. Prior to that, they were the HRSM at CHI, where they led a national HR service team and ensured compliance within the team. Michelle also has experience in HRIS operations and process improvement, having worked as the HRIS Operations Manager at KentuckyOne Health and HR Director at First Stop Urgent Care Center. Michelle began their career as the Human Resources/Safety Manager at Northland Corporation, Inc., where they organized benefit plans, incentive pay, and safety programs. Currently, Michelle is the Human Resources Director at PAM Health.
Michelle Hendrickson, PHR graduated from Spalding University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 2005. In 2013, they completed their Master of Business Communication at Spalding University. Michelle also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in August 2005.
