Timothy Schlinkert RCP, RRT is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and business development. Currently serving as the Global Expansion Manager at InSource Expansion Group since July 2024, Timothy is dedicated to assisting companies in building skilled global teams efficiently. Timothy also holds the position of Cardiopulmonary Manager at PAM Health since October 2023. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Innobot Health, VP of Operations at Capital Financial Synergies, and various managerial and respiratory therapist positions at Prime Healthcare and Cleveland Clinic. Timothy began a career in respiratory therapy after earning an Associate of Science Degree in Respiratory Therapy from San Joaquin Valley College between 2010 and 2012.
