Willy Loayza

Willy Loayza has extensive experience in information technology and enterprise architecture, currently serving as the Jefe de Arquitectura Empresarial y Plataformas at Pampa Energia since January 2017, overseeing Application and Technical Architectures and Software Platforms. Previously, at Petrobras Energia, Willy was a Team Leader from April 2008 to January 2017, responsible for the technological maintenance and evolution of Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure, and project development for Windows infrastructure. With a robust background at PETROBRAS from 2000 to 2017, Willy led various regional infrastructure projects across multiple South American countries. Early career roles include Outsourcing Manager at Software del Plata, managing professional services and technical support, and Technical Support at Microsoft. Willy's educational background includes degrees in System Engineering and Perito Mercantil.
