Leonardo Pinheiro currently serves as Gerente de Manutenção Corporativo at PAMPLONA ALIMENTOS S.A since September 2023. Previously, Leonardo held the position of Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Seara from March 2019 to April 2023, where achievements included increasing production volumes and reducing maintenance costs through internal activities and addressing anomalies. With extensive experience in corporate maintenance management across multiple companies such as GTFoods Group and BRF, Leonardo has successfully supervised operations at various poultry slaughterhouses and factories, implementing energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives while overseeing substantial workforce management. Educational qualifications include degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Maintenance, alongside postgraduate studies in Project Management and Business Management from FGV.
