Yohan Dananjaya

Yohan Dananjaya currently serves as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC since October 2023 and has been a Lecturer at JAYASEKARA MANAGEMENT CENTRE - JMC since August 2012. Previously, Yohan held various positions at HNB FINANCE from October 2009 to October 2023, including Chief Manager of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Manager of Employee Relations, and Assistant Manager of Human Resources. Yohan's academic qualifications include a Certification in Life & Business Coaching from the Sri Lanka Institute of Training & Development (SLITAD) scheduled for 2024, a Master's degree in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo (2017-2018), a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law and Human Resource Management (2016-2017), and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from the National Institute of Business Management (2012-2013), along with a degree in Information Technology from the University of Colombo.
