Jyoti Narwal

Jyoti Narwal is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner for the North Zone at Panacea Biotec since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jyoti held multiple positions at Premas Biotech from February 2019 to November 2024, including Lead Business Partner for Human Resource. Jyoti has extensive expertise in various aspects of human resources, including strategic HR planning, employee development, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational culture enhancement. Earlier roles include Manager of Human Resources at Runsheng Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and MacRAE’S Blue Book, as well as HR Generalist at Zapbuild Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Jyoti holds a BE-MBA degree from Panjab University and has completed various internships throughout the career trajectory, providing a strong foundation in both technical and HR disciplines.
