Panacea Cooperative Research
Panacea is a research and development company. Our founding principles are those of the Economy for the Common Good to contribute to a more just, caring and sustainable world. We are defined by the passion for our work, our involvement in our communities, our willingness to learn, and to contribute our knowledge. Our key partner is the University of Granada and several of the founding partners have started their careers there. Our scientific advisers are Drs. Oscar Cordón, Sergio Damas, and Inmaculada Alemán, all full professors at the same institution. Our product Skeleton-ID is the only software specifically designed to support forensic identification through craniofacial superimposition. Our philosophy and values - The company belongs to the employees. - The more you contribute to the company (quantitative and qualitative), the greater the decision-making power and the higher the benefits - We only solve real-world problems with social impact. We do not create superfluous needs. - We provide maximum transparency to our clients and we do not support practices like programmed obsolescence, or the distribution of flawed software. - We follow the philosophy of free knowledge. Benefits of joining PANACEA - We follow a horizontal cooperative structure through which we share tasks and responsibilities. The most important decisions are taken by our assembly, where each member has a voice and a vote. - PANACEA's recruitment is based on an organic growth policy. Each person who joins us is expected to evolve through the different stages: from employee to trial member and finally to cooperative member. - PANACEA provides working conditions adapted to the needs of its workers: flexible working hours, teleworking, incentives for productivity, clean transport, and profit-sharing.
