Arif Kamawi is a program manager at Panagora Group supporting the USAID/Philippines Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting for Improved Development (CLAimDev) Activity. Arif has been in the International Development sector for over 15 years, with hands-on experiences in program implementation, administration, management, and monitoring & evaluation, with programs funded by USAID, USTDA, UNDP, ICRC, and IOM. Before joining Panagora Group in 2021, Arif worked for USTDA programs evaluations in South and South-East Asia, and for a USAID program in Central Asia. Arif started working with USAID funded programs in 2008, with DAI, then he moved on to Creative Associates Intl., CHECCHI, and so on. Arif has a degree in political science, and speaks Pashto, Dari, and Urdu/Hindi.
