Imal Oxus

Imal Oxus works at Panagora Group as a senior program associate supporting Indonesia MEL Platform AMT. Prior to Panagora, Imal worked with a Virginia-based private company, the ZWAK Media and Advocacy Network, coordinating media campaign, research, monitoring, and evaluation projects for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and the Afghan Government. Earlier in his career, Imal managed institutional strengthening and development efforts in the USAID-funded Stabilization in Key Areas (SIKA) program in Afghanistan. Imal has 12+ years of program development, project management, resource development, capacity building, and research experience with USAID-funded programs in Afghanistan. Imal holds a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in project management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration. He is fluent in Pashto and Farsi/Persian.
