Jeff Collins

Jeff Collins has a diverse work experience spanning various creative and design roles. Jeff most recently served as the Head of Product Experience at Panaseer since November 2020. Before that, they worked as a Senior design leader, strategist, and consultant at Freelance / Phase Four Design Ltd from September 2018 to November 2020. Jeff also held roles at Publicis.Sapient, where they served as the Group Creative Director from July 2017 to September 2018 and as the Creative Director, Experience Design from November 2016 to June 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Creative Director, Experience Design at SapientNitro, London from August 2015 to November 2016 and at SapientNitro from February 2013 to July 2015. Jeff also has experience as an Experience Design Consultant during their freelance work in 2012 and as a Creative Director, UX and Associate Creative Director at SapientNitro from May 2009 to July 2012. Before that, they worked as the Head of Customer Experience, Online Sales at Orange UK from June 2007 to May 2009 and as a Manager, Creative Design at Sapient from January 2005 to May 2007. Jeff's early career includes an Information Architect role at Double Eye from 2002 to 2004.
