Ismail Yajid

Ismail Yajid has extensive experience in the aviation industry, particularly in In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) and connectivity solutions. Currently serving as Regional Account Director at Panasonic Avionics Corporation since May 2008, Ismail Yajid manages key accounts in the Middle East and Africa, leading teams that provide technical support for major airline clients such as Turkish Airlines and Qatar Airways. Prior to this role, Ismail Yajid held positions at Thales from February 1999 to May 2008, including Field Support Manager and Work Package Manager, where responsibilities focused on team management, technical support, troubleshooting, and project management. Earlier experience includes consulting engineering for the Bombardier DASH8 program at ITlinks, where Ismail Yajid developed system specifications and validation plans.
