Loretta Monareng

Loretta Monareng is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Loretta serves as the Senior Manager of Global Talent Management at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, overseeing talent development initiatives for 3,000 employees in 41 countries. In addition, Loretta is an active volunteerism advisory council member at OneOC and an ambassador and grant writer for Giving University, where efforts include mobilizing volunteers and fostering partnerships. As the founder and CEO of Light Your RAY, Loretta promotes authentic leadership through personalized coaching. Previous roles include directing global talent management at Ingram Micro, advising on HR digital transformation at Chevron, and managing resource allocation at NASA. Loretta holds an MPA in Human Resource Management and a BA in International Development from Brigham Young University.
