Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on providing organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro, a nutritionist at a private practice, and university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and food history. Mariana possesses a degree in Nutrition and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online.
