Sebastiaan Baks

Sebastiaan Baks is an experienced Test Manager with a robust background in various sectors, notably with KLM since September 2013. In current roles, Sebastiaan leads testing for major projects including the INCRA Phase Out project and iCrew releases, managing teams and overseeing functional acceptance tests. Previous experiences include serving as an IT Project Manager at Stater N.V., and managing test initiatives across organizations such as Reed Elsevier and T-Mobile. A consistent focus has been on improving test environments and processes, evidenced by contributions to projects aimed at optimizing testing practices. Sebastiaan holds a Master of Science degree in Molecular Sciences from Wageningen University & Research.
