Tammie Meena

Tammie Meena has a comprehensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Tammie started their career in 2005 as a Development Assistant at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, where they assisted with donor relations and stewardship. Tammie then moved on to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, where they served as a Special Event Manager, managing third-party events and the foundation's signature event. In 2010, they joined the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, initially as a Regional Event Manager, where they provided strategic leadership to volunteer affiliates and managed signature events on the West Coast. Tammie subsequently took on positions of increasing responsibility, including Manager, National Event Development, Senior Manager, National Event Development, Associate Director, National Signature Events, and Associate Director, Operations and Training. In their most recent role as Director, Operations & Special Projects, Tammie assembled and designed a project management office team, oversaw corporate events and training teams, and managed resource allocation and strategic planning for the organization. Throughout their career, Tammie has demonstrated expertise in event management, team leadership, training and operations development, and financial administration.

Tammie Meena completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration from 2000 to 2004.
