Luisa María Palacio Olarte

Luisa María Palacio Olarte has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2016. In 2021, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Habi, a Placement Mentor at Hunty, and a Volunteer Professional of Human Resources at Fundación Pulso. In 2022, they were an HR Manager and HR Generalist at Pandas and a Docente Catedrático at Universidad Externado de Colombia. In 2017, they were a Pasante in the Human Resources area at Bolsa Mercantil de Colombia Oficial. In 2016, they were a Generalista de RR. HH. Andrés Medellín and an Ejecutiva de Operaciones Andrés D.C. at Inmaculada Guadalupe y Amigos.

Luisa María Palacio Olarte attended the Universidad Externado de Colombia from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a degree in Administration of Businesses. In 2019, they returned to the same university to pursue a Magister in Human Management and Organizational Development, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, in December 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Design Thinking and Innovation from the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
