Krystal Coker's work experience begins in 2007 with their role as a Promotions Assistant at Cumulus Media. Krystal assists with researching and writing articles, organizing events, and managing prizes. In 2009, they become an Administrator at 2020 Exhibits, where they coordinate administrative activities and provides customer service. Krystal later takes on the role of Account Manager, managing exhibits and assisting customers with show services. In 2016, they become the Client Experience Manager at Brumark, where they service existing accounts, establishes new ones, and provides product knowledge to clients. In 2017, they join ExhibitForce as a Sr. Account Representative, establishing new accounts and providing technical support. Krystal also works at EnerGeo Alliance from 2017 to 2022, where they hold various roles including Executive and Member Support, External Affairs Assistant, and Member & Events Coordinator. Currently, they are the Marketing Events Specialist at Pandell, where they manage customer information, distributes sales leads, and participates in marketing strategies.

Krystal Coker attended Sam Houston State University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, with a minor in Spanish. Krystal'sfocus of study was Event Coordinating.
