Michal Czarnota

Michal Czarnota is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement Operations at Pandora since January 2022, Michal has previously held multiple leadership positions at Takeda, including Procurement Solutions - Central Hub Lead and Global Procurement Operations Central Hub Lead, during a tenure from January 2014 to December 2021. Prior experience at Philips from March 2004 to December 2013 encompasses roles such as Global Demand and Relationship Manager and Team Manager for Sourcing and P2P systems. Michal began a career in procurement at REMA 1000 i Norge as a Purchasing Specialist and Customer Support Specialist from February 1999 to February 2004. Michal holds a Master of Engineering degree in Business and Technology from Lodz University of Technology, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
