Matthew Roberts has a diverse work experience in sales and account management. Matthew started their career in 2008 as a Sales Specialist at Rastelli Foods Group, where they focused on building relationships with restaurant owners and chefs. In 2010, they joined Grainger as a Territory Sales Representative, handling medium-sized accounts in Southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Matthew was later promoted to lead the go-to-market strategy for government accounts. In 2013, they moved to Panduit as a Territory Account Manager, responsible for managing sales processes, building awareness of company solutions, and developing quality opportunities. Matthew was then promoted to the role of Channel Account Manager, where they covered multiple distribution channels and worked closely with rep agents and direct employees to strengthen revenue gains. Currently, Matthew Roberts is the Director of Channel Accounts at Panduit, overseeing the Channel Account Managers and driving strategic initiatives that support the company's corporate goals.

Matthew Roberts attended Clemson University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Business Management. Matthew then returned to Clemson University in 2019 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they will complete in 2024. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a member of the LEAD Conference Planning Committee from the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) in 2021.
