Serena Pavoni currently serves as the Head of R&D Sciences, Biotech & Nutrition at Pane Vivo since September 2020, focusing on food quality and certifications management. Additionally, Serena operates as a consultant in Biotech, Nutrition, and food solutions at Les Piane and has been an independent entrepreneur with LesPiane since January 2018. In September 2023, Serena began authoring a book titled "Mangez Néolithique," set for publication in September 2024 by Éditions ULMER. Prior experience includes a PhD position at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives from September 2013 to December 2017 and a research internship at Université Paris Descartes.
