Joy Suttles Wolken

Joy Suttles Wolken serves as Chief People Officer at Pangea since March 2022. Previously, Joy held the same title at Alation from July 2018 to January 2024, focusing on cultivating a positive workplace culture and empowering teams. With experience as VP of People & Culture at Phantom Cyber, Joy guided the organization through significant growth prior to its acquisition by Splunk. Joy's career also includes roles at BlueJeans, Intersil, and Nordstrom, where skills in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee development were honed. Joy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Miami and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
