Rich Hlavka is the Vice President of Business Development at Pangea, a well-funded startup focusing on delivering security services for application builders. Rich also holds various advisory and board positions in companies such as Securin Inc., Mercurio Analytics, 1Kosmos - BlockID, Kaleidoscope, and RJH Holdings, Inc. Prior to their current role, Rich held leadership positions at Splunk, Phantom Cyber, Arizona Technology Council, and Lynx Technology Partners, Inc. Rich holds a BS in General Business from Excelsior University.
