Peter Bacevice

Vice President of Research & Development at Pangeam

Peter Bacevice has worked in a variety of roles across a range of industries. Peter began their career in 2000 as a Market Research Analyst at Case Western Reserve University. In 2004, they became a Graduate Research Assistant and Instructor at The University of Michigan, where they conducted research on the enterprising aspects of universities and their scientists. In 2005, they joined Innovatrium as an Associate, where they developed tools and methods based on the firm's organizational culture and innovation assessment. In 2011, they became a Senior Consultant at DEGW, leading a variety of corporate workplace strategy projects, learning environments projects, and user research studies. In 2012, they took on roles at AECOM as a Senior Consultant and at The New School as a Part-Time Lecturer. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at HLW as an Associate Principal, Director of Research, and Senior Design Strategist/Senior Associate. In 2019, they became a Fellow at the Urban Design Forum. Currently, they are Vice President of Research & Development and an Advisor at Pangeam Inc., and a Community of Scholars/Research Associate at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Peter Bacevice obtained a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Theirtory from Case Western Reserve University in 2000. Peter then went on to earn an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2004. In 2010, they completed their PhD in Education and Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan. In April of 1999, they obtained a Private Pilot - Airplane Single-Engine Land and Sea certification from the Federal Aviation Administration. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a course in Data Analytics from General Assembly.
