Grace Schmitz

Grace Schmitz is currently a Baker at Crumbl and holds multiple leadership roles within the Alpha Phi Beta Alpha Chapter, including Senior Engagement Chair, Director of Sisterhood, and Sisterhood Chair. In addition to these positions, Grace serves as a Recruitment Counselor for the Panhellenic Council at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Previous experience includes a brief role as an Enrichment Specialist in Cooking & Nutrition at the Don Moyer Boys & Girls Club, where Grace educated youth on healthy habits, and a Dietary Aide at Villas of Holly Brook. Grace also managed Saint Joseph Summer Softball and worked as a Cashier, Server, and Barista at Panera Bread. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in dietetics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Grace's education follows an earlier academic tenure at Parkland College from 2018 to 2022.
