Peter Gervaise-Jones

Peter Gervaise-Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Peter started their career as an Account Manager at PigFlog, where they focused on sales and inventory processing. At Brightsource, they held multiple roles including Project Manager, Client Service for Content & Planning, and Client Service Project Manager for Marketing Operations. Here, they were responsible for project management, client relationship management, and creative development of multi-channel campaigns. Peter then joined Synthesio as a Client Success Manager, where they worked with major global brands in social media monitoring and campaign measurement. Currently, Peter is the Manager of Customer Success at Panopto, leading the Customer Success team in EMEA and helping customers achieve their goals with video content management.

Peter Gervaise-Jones attended Coventry University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
