Charlene Davis

Charlene Davis has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Charlene currently works as a Professional Learning Director at Panorama Education. Prior to that, they served as a Product Manager at Elementary Learning Lab, where they identified new product service opportunities and launched an online marketplace featuring educational resources. Charlene also worked as a Regional Director at KIPP Texas Public Schools, evaluating educational programs and partnering with state and regional teams for strategic planning. Charlene has also held roles at the School of Science and Technology, Envision Experience, Cypress Academy, and Orleans Parish School Board, where they contributed to program management, customer success, and learning facilitation.

Charlene Davis, CSPO, received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana. Charlene then pursued a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same institution. Additionally, Charlene obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2023. Charlene also holds certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM and Introduction to Agile Development and Scrum from Coursera.
