Gurdev Singh

Gurdev Singh MD, CPHIMS has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Gurdev is currently the CEO and Founder of EKOM HEALTH, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Panoramic Health, where they held multiple roles including Chief Innovation Officer, Co-Founder, and Chief Operating Officer from January 2017 to the present.

Before joining Panoramic Health, Gurdev Singh worked as a Medical Director at DaVita Kidney Care from August 2013 to March 2022. Gurdev also had a significant role at Southwest Kidney Institute as a Nephrologist and Partner from July 2005 to July 2021. During this time, they also served as the VP Finance and Executive Board Member from January 2012 to January 2020.

Gurdev Singh has a strong background in healthcare analytics, as they co-founded RCO Analytics, a healthcare analytics company focused on nephrology. Gurdev served as a Co-Founder, Board of Director, and CIO from January 2013 to December 2020. Additionally, they co-founded Renal Care Organization, a physician-led healthcare platform focusing on kidney disease and private practice management, from January 2012 to December 2020.

In terms of advisory roles, Gurdev Singh served on the Physician Advisory Boards of Falcon EHR from September 2013 to August 2015 and athenahealth from January 2012 to December 2013.

Gurdev Singh's earlier work experience includes being a Fellow in Nephrology at Suny Upstate Medical University from July 2003 to June 2005 and working as a Hospitalist at Geisinger Health System from July 2002 to June 2003.

Gurdev Singh MD, CPHIMS attended Government Medical College in Patiala, India from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in Medicine. Subsequently, they attended Government Medical College in Amritsar, India from 1994 to 1997, earning a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Anesthesiology. In addition to their medical degrees, Gurdev Singh obtained the CPHIMS certification from HIMSS in 2016. The obtained year for the MD (Nephrology and Internal Medicine) certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine is not provided.
